They are trying to save sharks from extinction and stop the barbarism involved in their cruel killing as their fins are in demand for soup! Save Japan's Dolphins Campaign A website dedicated to make the world aware of the massacre of hundred of dolphins in Japan. Very sad for the whole of humanity, barbarism is still alive and well. Surfers for Cetaceans Surfers For Cetaceans is about seeing increased protection of marine mammals and marine life, of reefs and of the whole ocean ecology. Cameroon Wildlife Aid Fund The home of Mefou National park in Cameroon, where they care for orphaned gorillas and primates. “Going Ape” the series from Animal planet was filmed there. Orangutan Appeal UK Home of the registered charity based in the south of England, dedicated to the rehabilitation and preservation of Orang Utans and their habitat in the Sabah region of Malaysian Borneo. Secret World Wildlife Rescue They specialise in the rescue, rehabilitation and eventual release of orphaned and injured wild creatures. It is run entirely on donations and runs the only 24 hours wildlife rescue service in the South West of England. Tiggywinkles Every year in Britain over five million wild animals and birds are injured as a direct result of their encounters with man's world. Tiggywinkles are a specialist hospital, using all available veterinary welfare skills, dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating all species of British wildlife.
